Are you strong in project administration and monitoring? Do you have a passion for numbers and understand what it takes to maintain a reliable insight into the financial status? Are you looking for a challenging role at a growing organization where you will be responsible for the management and optimization of financial administration and processes? If so, we would love to meet you.

To strengthen our team, we are urgently seeking an enthusiastic Financial Administrative Specialist who is well-versed in all aspects of financial administration and possesses a keen and critical eye for continuously improving financial and project administrative processes. If you also have some knowledge and experience in payroll administration, or are eager to develop in this area, we would be delighted.

What will your workday look like?

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complete financial administration, including various (integrated) project administrations
  • Financial monitoring of the projects from our advisory services and project development
  • Preparing annual financial statements in collaboration with external accountants
  • Further optimizing and automating our administrative processes and control cycle; we work with AFAS and Exact
  • Managing and procuring insurance portfolios and energy contracts
  • Handling payroll administration

What you bring

  • Experience: at least 5 years in a similar role
  • Completed HBO or MBO+ education in Finance & Control, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility in interpersonal interactions
  • A proactive approach and a team player mentality
  • A sense of ownership and responsibility
  • A proactive, positive personality
  • Experience with project management software and Power BI is a plus
